Wendi Zhou

Having been in the Canadian dragon boat community for 10 years, Zhou has established herself to be one of Dragon Boat Canada’s most competent coaches. Starting her dragon boat career in Montreal, Zhou helped start up the McGill dragon boat club, paddled with 22Dragons, and joined later NDRC as a paddler. Before that, she was on the U24 Canadian National team, and helped coach the University of Toronto Iron Dragons to become Canada’s top U24 and University crew in 2015 and 2016. Her time in the world of dragon boat has earned her many nicknames, but we call her “The General”.
